Wee Community Developers Inc. (WeeComm), established in 2008, is a development company composed of young and idealistic developers who still believe that project development should not be dictated by profit but by client satisfaction. Their “Beyond Ordinary” Projects include The First Baron Residences, The Baron’s Place, The Baron Gardens, and Baron Tower in San Juan, as well as Centro Residences, and Centro Tower in Quezon City.
Tracing back it roots to the W Group, Inc., a pioneer in the seaweed processing industry, and currently one of the biggest commercial landlords in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig. Listing the W City Center, W 5th Avenue, W High Street, and the Citi Plaza as some of its more well-known properties.
In 2015 Wee Community Developers set its sights on the provincial market and partnered with Davao South Prime Developers Inc. (DSDI) to launch the Diamond Heights, a 300 unit residential subdivision located within minutes of Francisco Bangoy Int’l Airport, aims to provide the most affordable and spacious homes within Davao City. As 2019 comes in full swing, the Diamond Heights has bloomed into a planned community of no less than 1,400 homes in an area of 24 Hectares.
Soon after WeeComm found itself in the province of Iloilo, also known as the commercial hub of Western Visayas. With its local partner Iloilo South Prime Developers Inc. (ISDI), the company launched the Emerald Estates. Located in Oton, the Emerald Estates is a Horizontal Subdivision project that aims to create a community that harmonizes with nature. To date, the Emerald Estates spans an area of 40 Hectares with a projected delivery of 2,600 housing units.
In 2018, WeeComm launched 2 new projects in a new Fringe-city category. These projects seek to provide spacious and affordable living spaces that are within reach of major commercial centers, the Harbour Park Residences, and the Grand Mesa Residences.
From its beginnings as a small niche developer, spun-off from the W group, building and selling mid-rise condominiums of no more than 50 or 60 units. In the years following, WeeComm entered into high-rise condominiums, delivering close to 500 units through the Centro Tower and Baron Tower projects. Today WeeComm sets its sights on delivering the Grand Mesa Residences and the Harbour Park Residences it’s two largest projects to date with a total combined delivery of over 1,700 units. 2,789,968.31
